We want you to be completely satisfied with your Garrett Leight eyewear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, pristine frames within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the eyewear, original protective case, and cleaning cloth securely back into the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
